Job description:

  • Provide holistic bedside nursing care across wards, ICUs, and specialty units.
  • Administer drugs safely as per physician orders and monitor for adverse reactions.
  • Record and interpret vital signs, fluid balance, and patient condition changes.
  • Maintain accurate nursing notes, care plans, and electronic medical records.
  • Adhere to aseptic practices, hand hygiene, and biomedical waste protocols.

  • Assist in resuscitation, code management, and urgent interventions.
  • Collaborate with doctors, allied health staff, and nursing supervisors for seamless care.
