Job description:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients as per doctors instructions
  • Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress
  • Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments safely
  • Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and rounds
  • Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and reports
