Job description:
- Oversee nursing staff performance and ensure efficient workflow across departments.
- Maintain and implement nursing policies, protocols, and quality standards aligned with NABH and other regulatory guidelines.
- Support recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations of nursing personnel.
- Coordinate with medical teams to ensure continuity of patient care and address clinical challenges.
- Monitor patient safety, infection control practices, and service quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure accurate documentation, medical records management, and incident reporting.
- Lead audits, staff meetings, and capacity-building programs for continuous skill enhancement.
- Assist in stock management of medical supplies and ensure operational readiness at all times.
- Required Qualifications Skills
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing registration and certifications.
- Strong leadership, communication, and critical decision-making skills.
- Ability to multitask, resolve conflicts, and maintain professional ethics.
- Proven experience in managing nursing teams and hospital administration.
