Job description:

  • IP Voucher punching ,removing the material from shelves , check and packing the indents for all IP patient indents raised by nursing Team . Return of Material of IP Patients
  • Checking and informing NA items to Inventory Incharge .
  • Catering to urgent / Stat indents
  • Catering to Sub stores as per the scheduled days
  • Stock Audits and inventory Control
  • Removing of Nearing expiry material as per the SOP
  • Local purchase item to be arranged under Supervision of Inventory Incharge.
  • Maintain Temperature and Humidity records shift wise
  • Handover of daily Narcotic stock and on duty communication to next shift Pharmacist
  • Receiving the Material from IP Receiving Bay after System Entry
