Job description:

  • Admissiondischarge & transfer of patients.
  • Data collection.
  • Assessment of patients regularly.
  • Physical examination & diagnostic evaluation.
  • Continuous monitoring of patient.
  • Following physical round & carrying out the order prescribed.
  • Sending sample for diagnostic evaluations per requirement.
  • Coordinating diagnostic & therapeutic procedure.
  • Planning & implementation of patient care includes hygiene & nutrition & elimination need.
  • Administering medication as prescribed.
  • Providing comfort measures.
  • Ensure all patient care activities are carried out as per sop
  • Giving health education to significant other
  • Maintaining records & reports as per patient requirement
  • Maintaining safety of the patients.
  • Writing nursing care plan for the allocated patient.
  • Maintaining Records of unit (communicate BKLeave DKlog bk ).
  • Maintaining unit cleanliness.
  • Maintaining department inventory.
  • Maintain CSSD transaction.
  • Making rounds with doctors & senior nursing personnel.
  • Preparing Patients for transfer and discharge.
  • Observing the patient condition and taking prompt action.
  • Recording & reporting patient condition as & when required. .
  • Participating in clinical teaching program.
  • Attending in-service class regularly.
  • Participate in audits.
