Key Responsibilities:

  • To receive patient with care and provide information about Consultant's availability,
  • appointment time etc.
  • To collect reference ID from review patients and give appointment with the concerned Consultant.
  • To guide the patient to the consultant's room.
  • To manage the crowd efficiently.
  • To maintain the list of all consultants with their contact numbers department wise
  • To update the list from time to time and making it transparent to all the concerned people.
  • To raise indent consumables as per Hospital norms.
  • To ensure the availability of required things and cleanliness in the Consultant room.
  • To attend the phone calls and give appropriate information.
  • To maintain consultant doctor timings register.
  • To collect feedback forms from all the patients.
