Job description:
- Demonstrate business acumen in leading and managing the operations, effectively discharging the functions and achieving higher rate of organic growth.
- To participate with the top management in developing a vision and strategic plan to guide the organization.
- Identify, assess and inform top management of internal and external issues that affect the organization.
- Act as a professional contributor on all aspect of the organization activities.
- To contribute as a leader toward EBIDTA of the Unit., develop teamwork culture within the organization. Proper utilization of resource allocation, costing and utilization in hospital operations. Manage hospital services & operations with key focus on bottom line profitability & customer satisfaction by optimal utilization of resources as well as handholding of partners & other key stakeholders.
- Hands on experience in overall management, supervision and implementation of health programs; possess diagnostic / decision-making / problem solving & people management skills.
- Represent the organization at community activities to enhance the organization community profile
