Job description:
- Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience,
- Proven experience hiring non-clinical / corporate roles
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to handle multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-medical hospital positions, including administration, HR, finance, IT, operations, billing, procurement, marketing, facilities, security, housekeeping, and front-office roles
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, referrals, social media, and internal databases
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate panel interviews
- Ensure smooth offer rollout, documentation, background verification, and onboarding coordination
- Maintain recruitment data and candidate records in the ATS or HR systems
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, labor laws, and internal hiring guidelines
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future non-clinical hiring needs
- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives for hospital corporate roles
