Job description:

  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience,
  • Proven experience hiring non-clinical / corporate roles
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to handle multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-medical hospital positions, including administration, HR, finance, IT, operations, billing, procurement, marketing, facilities, security, housekeeping, and front-office roles
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, referrals, social media, and internal databases
  • Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate panel interviews
  • Ensure smooth offer rollout, documentation, background verification, and onboarding coordination
  • Maintain recruitment data and candidate records in the ATS or HR systems
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, labor laws, and internal hiring guidelines
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future non-clinical hiring needs
  • Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives for hospital corporate roles
