Job description:
- Take end-to-end ownership of women wellness programmes.
- Drive outcomes Including achieving business targets, and Internal standards for excellence.
- Collaborate with ecosystem stakeholders to strategize, plan and manage women wellness programs.
- Develop processes to achieve scale-up of business In existing and new market segments.
- Utilise health domain knowledge and health IT application experience to deliver the services with Highest customers' experience..
- Lead initiatives to achieve sales targets towards women wellness and cervical cancer elimination.
- Serve as a core team member and drives efficient operations including overall plans, priorities, budget and risk management.
- Partner with the sales and marketing team to ensure clear articulation of our value proposition to internal and external teams.
- Provide both verbal and written communications regarding project status, risks, issues, and makes recommendations on project decisions to management.
- Manage Supplier relationships and drive strategic relationships with key providers and partners.

5+ years with experience in Strategy consulting, Behavioral change transformation, program management, marketing with end-to-end problem solution discovery and delivery, project and transformation management experience in health care.

Flexible work environment (office based and remote) balanced to meet personal and corporate objectives, with travel as required.
