Job description:
- 1-5 years of experience in nursing profession (GNM/B.Sc).
- Strong knowledge of dialysis procedures and protocols.
- Experience working in critical care units (CCU) is desirable but not mandatory.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care to patients in various settings such as CCU, Dialysis, Gynecology, Obstetrics, NICU, PICU, Medical Oncology, and Oncology.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Conduct routine checks on patients' vital signs and report any abnormalities or concerns to the doctor.
- Administer medications as prescribed by doctors and monitor patient responses.
- Maintain accurate records of patient treatment and progress.
