Job description:
- Responsible for maintaining tissue integrity and processing of tissue and Cytology to be provided to the pathologist.
- responsible for ancillary tests like IHC and FISH, digital pathology scanning and biobanking process.
- Report to senior lab manager on daily quality checks and quality assurance and inventory management
- Process sample for participation in external accreditation programs
- Assist the lab manager and director to make SOP for all ISO/NABL/CAP Accreditation requirements
- Ensure samples data retrievability through reliable documentation and barcoding process.
- Responsible for periodic maintenance of the equipment with documentation wherever necessary.
- Participate in health screening camps and outreach activities.
- Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the Director.
- Proficient in local language and English.
