Organise & Conduct internal audit
- Ensured adherence to quality standards and quality of product & services.
- Analysis of all feedbacks, CQI data reviews, RCA, CAPA
- Review procedures, forms and metrics to ensure integration & consistence of approaches.
- Review and implementation of the Policy and procedures as necessary
- Ensured adherence to laid out various policy and procedures
- Ensured Adherence to continual improvement in quality systems in all departments
- To ensure that all policy and procedure follow as per NABH guidelines.
- Arrange and coordinate Calibration of all measuring an monitoring tolls of hospital.
- Review and implementation of the content/matter in each & every form of hospital
- Develop and implementation all documentation of NABH
- Support communications and change management activities.
- Benchmarking the different activities and its comparison with other organisations
- Peer review of our standard
- Training and Implementation of different quality tools
- Ensure functional infrastructure and availability of Manpower i.e., 24 hrs Duty roster check prepared by the heads of respective departments, new manpower requirements.
- Coordination among different stakeholders of operation theatre mainly surgeons, anaesthetist , patients and their attendants and paramedical staff.
- Coordination between different department for smooth functioning
- Proper allotment of operation theatre and maintaining the time table.
- Assessment of consumable used during surgery and feedback for improvement.
- Ensure smooth operations in relation to all processes and policies of the Operation Theatres & Cath Lab.
- Ensuring availability of all the requisite consumables and expendables in the operation theatres, closely working with the In charge of the OTs & Cath Lab.
- Carry out daily checks for all the patients shifted to the OT& Cath Lab and from the OT & Cath Lab.
- Updating the attendants of all the patients undergoing surgery for any queries.
- Problem solving of the surgeons if any in the OT & Cath Lab complex.
- Feedback daily from the surgeons on smooth functioning of the OTs & Cath Lab.
- Monitoring all the functions of the CSSD and ensuring smooth supply of sterilised equipments to all the departments of the hospital.
- Prepare and reporting on the OT & Cath Lab utilization rates
- Planning and assessing the requirements of the equipments and other infrastructural requirements of the OT & Cath Lab Complex.
