Job description:
- The position holder will be responsible to administer the company quality program in accordance with company requirements to establish, evaluate and develop procedures for maintaining high quality, safety and reliability.
- Ensure the document control of all SOP, Manual, Forms & Formats of the unit in co-ordination with Central Quality Team.
- Will manage multiple stakeholders within the organization to achieve standardization of Quality policies & indicators across the unit.
- Implementation of Quality standards across the unit in coordination with the Unit Leadership Team.
- Conduct quality improvement projects.
- Develop quality indicators in line with the quality policy and as per requirements of accreditation standards.
- Will ensure to achieve accreditation and certifications with minimum observations
- Train the Unit Stakeholders in NABH policies & procedures.
- Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in Quality function.
- Technical knowledge of NABH standards. Knowledge of ISO 9000 standards is preferable.
