Job description:
- Co-ordination with all Departments (Internally / Externally).
- Preparing Daily MIS.
- Raising Indent for Brach based on the requirements.
- Ensuring smooth patient flow.
- Minimizing the patient time and process.
- Co-ordinating with patients till they walk out.
- Maintaining Registers in Consultation room and Investigation Room.
- Maintaining employee attendance and monitoring staff leave and timings.
- Arranging alternative staff and doctors while they are on leave.
