Job description:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage spinal and hand conditions (trauma, degenerative, congenital, and inflammatory).
- Perform elective and emergency spine and hand surgeries, including minimally invasive procedures where applicable.
- Provide pre-operative, operative, and post-operative care ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including neurology, neurosurgery, physiotherapy, and rehabilitation.
- Participate in on-call duties, emergency coverage, clinical audits, and case discussions (MDT/Tumor Boards where applicable).
- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
- Adhere to ethical, professional, and infection control standards; contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
