Job description:
- To provide quality service through the sale and dispensing of eyeglasses, nonprescription sunglasses, contact lenses and accessories.
- Uphold standard of excellence in customer service, encourage customer recommendations and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personally assist patients by giving prompt, courteous and professional services.
- Assist patients in frame and lens selection, accurately measure and order customer spectacles.
- Achieve established sales, customer service goals and objectives.
- Perform repairs, adjustments and deliverables of eyewear as needed; verify accuracy of completed eyewear.
- Handle customer questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Sales must be recorded in EHNote, and invoices must be issued to customers without fail.
- Lens stocks & supply coordination. Minimum stock maintenance and stock revolving.
- GRN must be done in EHNote in maximum 1day after receiving the stocks.
- Maintaining stock and sales register and stock auditing
- Orderliness and cleanliness of the merchandise display, in efficient manner to make it appealing to the customers and improve sales.
- After-sales services and minor in-house repairs and maintenance.
- Keep updated on latest models and brands and suggest models.
- Assist coworkers as needed, including rendering assistance to optometric practice.
- Responsible for all the merchandise and equipment and other company assets provided.
- Other assignments as required.
