Job description:

  • Assess occupational health risks and recommend appropriate risk control measures, including workplace health assessments.

  • Manage and support occupational health and health surveillance programs.

  • Analyze industrial hygiene data and exposure information to support health risk assessments.

  • Evaluate employees’ fitness for work and functional capacity.

  • Investigate work-related illnesses, occupational diseases, and health incidents.

  • Provide medical advice on sickness absence management, return-to-work programs, and vocational rehabilitation.

  • Prepare occupational health reports and maintain accurate, confidential medical records.

  • Deliver professional advice and support to management, HSSE teams, and leadership on occupational health matters.

  • Participate in health promotion initiatives and early intervention programs for high-risk employee groups.

  • Assist in documentation readiness for care transitions from Outpatient Services to Pre-Operative Clinic (POC)
