Job description:

Assess occupational health risks and recommend appropriate risk control measures, including workplace health assessments.

Manage and support occupational health and health surveillance programs.

Analyze industrial hygiene data and exposure information to support health risk assessments.

Evaluate employees’ fitness for work and functional capacity.

Investigate work-related illnesses, occupational diseases, and health incidents.

Provide medical advice on sickness absence management, return-to-work programs, and vocational rehabilitation.

Prepare occupational health reports and maintain accurate, confidential medical records.

Deliver professional advice and support to management, HSSE teams, and leadership on occupational health matters.

Participate in health promotion initiatives and early intervention programs for high-risk employee groups.
