you will play a vital role in providing surgical procedures ,direct patient care, assisting doctors,
and ensuring safe and effective treatment for patients.

Assist doctors during surgical procedures - laparoscopic /Open /Laser surgeries and clinical interventions.
- knowledge and skill - sterilisation of instruments /OT /disinfection /autoclave
- handling of instruments /cleaning of instruments
- Assisting in surgeries
- Pre op and Post operative Care
- monitor vitals, and administer medications.
- Maintain accurate
patient records and documentation.
- Educate patients and
their families about treatment and recovery.
- Ensure compliance
with hospital protocols, infection control, and safety standards.
- Respond effectively to medical emergencies.
Attend the patient's requirements with a smiling face and do the needful.
follow doctors instructions
- Strong knowledge of
nursing protocols and patient care.
- Good communication,
teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work
in shifts.
