Job description:
- Diagnose and manage all types of cancers using advanced systemic therapies.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in line with latest clinical guidelines.
- Supervise and administer chemotherapy, targeted therapy, and immunotherapy.
- Provide supportive and palliative care to improve patients quality of life.
- Collaborate in multidisciplinary tumor boards for treatment planning.
- Monitor treatment progress, manage complications, and adjust therapies as needed.
- Guide and counsel patients and families regarding disease, treatment options, and prognosis.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
- Participate in clinical research, CME programs, and academic initiatives.
- Mentor junior doctors, residents, and nursing staff in oncology care.
