Job description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Resident Medical Officer, located in Ludhiana. The Resident Medical Officer will be tasked with providing medical care to patients, conducting regular rounds in the hospital, assisting in diagnostic and treatment activities, and ensuring high-quality patient management. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with nursing staff, ensuring compliance with hospital protocols, and maintaining accurate patient records to facilitate effective treatment. The role requires strong clinical competencies and the ability to make timely decisions in a healthcare setting.
Qualifications:
- Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Familiarity with hospital protocols and a commitment to high standards of patient care
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with medical and nursing staff
- Time management and decision-making skills to handle critical situations efficiently
- MBBS or equivalent qualification required; a valid medical license is necessary
- Previous experience in a hospital or similar healthcare setting is preferred
- Knowledge of medical record maintenance and adherence to confidentiality protocols
- Willingness to work in shifts, including night duties, as per hospital requirements
- MBBS with State Medical Council Registration (mandatory). Strong clinical & patient-care experience required.
