Job description:

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma/ Certification from an accredited College of Paramedics/EMS College in the country of origin and/or country of professional practice or Licensed Physician or Registered Nurse (RN).
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) Instructor Certification.
- American Heart Association (AHA)Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Instructor Certification.
- American Heart Association (AHA)Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Instructor Certification.
- Licensed with Dubai Corporation of Ambulance Services(DCAS) as an Advanced Life Support Instructor.
- American Heart Association (AHA)Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support for Experienced Providers (ACLS-EP) Instructor Certification preferred.
- American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Instructor preferred.
- Licensed in the country of citizenship or professional practice.
PERSONAL EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in the related field with five (5) years of progressive leadership and management experience in a healthcare setting.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience as an American Heart Association (AHA) instructor.
- American Heart Association (AHA)Regional Faculty (RF)/Training Center Faculty (TCF).
- Knowledge of Joint Commission International Accreditation (JCIA).
- Knowledge of computer programs/applications (e.g. Microsoft Office).
- Skills in problem-solving/critical thinking.
- Skills in teaching and managing programs.
- Previous Middle Eastern experience preferred.
