Manager Quality

• Lead and manage daily medical service operations.
• Develop and implement healthcare policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Monitor and improve service quality, patient safety, and compliance.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals.
• Provide leadership, training, and performance evaluations to the medical team.
• Prepare reports and strategic plans for continuous service improvement.

Attending to the day-to-day management of an outpatient clinic, medical facility, or department. Auditing clinical practices to ensure high-quality care. Collaborating with clinical staff regarding the scheduling and staffing of specific clinics. Creating and overseeing the budget and billing.

• Prepare, review & monitor master construction schedules using MS Project / Primavera.
  • Develop baseline programs, milestones & critical path for Civil, Finishing & MEP works.
  • Track project progress, identify delays & implement corrective / recovery plans.
  • Prepare look-ahead schedules and weekly/monthly MIS reports for management review.
  • Plan and monitor manpower, machinery & material deployment in coordination with project teams.
  • Support cash flow forecasting and billing milestones in alignment with QS & Finance.
  • Conduct delay analysis, risk assessment & Time Impact Analysis (EOT claims).
  • Coordinate with site teams, consultants & contractors to ensure schedule adherence.
  • Manage change control processes and revise schedules based on scope/design changes.
  • Ensure compliance with project timelines, contractual milestones & reporting standards.
