- Oversee daily operations and activities of the laboratory.
- Manage laboratory staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain inventory of supplies, chemicals, and equipment; order replenishments as needed.
- Coordinate and prioritize laboratory testing, experiments, and research projects.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform routine maintenance.
- Review and approve laboratory procedures, protocols, and documentation.
- Analyze and interpret laboratory data, results, and findings.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and publications on laboratory research and findings.
- Collaborate with researchers, scientists, and stakeholders on laboratory initiatives and projects.
