Job description:
- Daily Clinical rounds along with senior consultants of the patients admitted in obstetrics & gynaecology Department
- Patients health status counselling to relatives
- Verify the treatment plans of all patients and advice evidence based correction, as and when required post discussion with admitting physician consultant
- Perform and document history & physical examination Develop and documents initial plan of care Document daily progress notes Obtain and document informed consent Order appropriate investigations and interpret results Order and administer appropriate medication and other investigations as required Audit and approve discharge summary given by DMO and get approval of consultant in the prescribed timeline to avoid delay in discharge delay
- Update consultant (in house/VC) on call every morning on status of patient before shift change
