Key Responsibilities:
- Create, implement and ensure adherence to financial procedures and policies of specific departments, projects, and the organisation.
- Create efficient and effective tracking methods by using spreadsheets and software to gather and record financial information.
- Coordinate and execute financial transactions and activities, such as bill payment, invoicing, payroll, bank related operations, accounting etc.
- Assist in the audit process by providing information and data as required.
- Analyse financial information for trends and monitor for errors.
- Prepare regular financial reports and assist in the presentation of reports to managers and executives.
- Create and monitor adherence to budgets.
- Support co-workers, clients, customers, or stakeholders regarding financial information or issues.
- Complete administrative tasks, such as filling out paperwork, filing records and legal agreements.
