You will ensure alignment of the learning team's vision, strategy, and status with the executive leadership team's priorities and vision.
- Source new sales opportunities through company provided leads through calls and emails.
- Understand customer needs and requirements and therefore be able to pitch the apt plan for the client.
- Ability to prime leads and follow up for further development and closure.
- Close sales and achieve the monthly/weekly targets.
- Be a team player and build a good relationship with clients.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Immediate joiner is preferred.
- Experience in selling services, products in the healthcare domain would be an advantage.
- Relentless in acquiring new business and corporate relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Knowledge of local language ( Malayalam) must.
