You will ensure alignment of the learning team's vision, strategy, and status with the executive leadership team's priorities and vision.

  • Source new sales opportunities through company provided leads through calls and emails.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements and therefore be able to pitch the apt plan for the client.
  • Ability to prime leads and follow up for further development and closure.
  • Close sales and achieve the monthly/weekly targets.
  • Be a team player and build a good relationship with clients.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Immediate joiner is preferred.
  • Experience in selling services, products in the healthcare domain would be an advantage.
  • Relentless in acquiring new business and corporate relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Knowledge of local language ( Malayalam) must.
