Job description:

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential new clients and market segments within the healthcare industry.
  • Analyze competitor activity and market trends to inform business development strategies.
  • Gather data on local demographics and healthcare needs to identify potential growth areas.

Lead Generation and Relationship Building:

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers.
  • Schedule and conduct introductory meetings to present hospital services and capabilities.

Sales Support:

  • Assist in preparing proposals and presentations tailored to specific client needs.
  • Gather necessary information from internal departments to support pricing and service details for proposals.
  • Follow up with potential clients to address inquiries and move leads through the sales pipeline.

Internal Collaboration:

  • Work closely with clinical teams and department heads to understand service offerings and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the marketing department to develop marketing materials and campaigns to support business development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to contract negotiation.
