Job description:
- Diagnose and treat conditions related to the ear, nose, throat, sinuses, head, and neck
- Perform ENT procedures and surgeries such as tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, septoplasty, tympanoplasty, endoscopic sinus surgery, and ear tube placement
- Prescribe medications and treatment plans tailored to patient needs
- Advise patients on preventive care, lifestyle modifications, and post-treatment follow-ups
- Collaborate with other specialists for comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Participate in continuing medical education (CME) and professional development programs
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety, and infection control standards
Key Responsibilities:
- MBBS degree from a recognized institution
- MS / DNB in ENT / Otorhinolaryngology preferred
- Registered with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or the relevant state medical council
- Proven experience in clinical ENT practice and surgeries is a plus
- Strong knowledge of ENT diseases, diagnostics, and surgical procedures
- Proficiency in modern ENT treatment techniques and equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to patient care, ethical practice, and confidentiality
