Job description:
- Conduct detailed consultations with walk-in and lead-based clients
- Understand health, wellness, and aesthetic concerns of clients
- Recommend appropriate treatments, packages, and services
- Explain procedures, benefits, pricing, and post-care guidelines clearly
- Achieve monthly consultation and revenue targets
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients to ensure conversion and retention
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and front office teams
- Maintain accurate client records and consultation notes
