Job description:
- Dialysis unit hygiene and equipment maintenance
- Ensure proper cleanliness and hygiene of the dialysis unit
- Assist in the maintenance and safe handling of dialysis machines, including RO Plants, dialysis
- machines, and other related equipment Perform periodic maintenance checks and report any technical issues promptly
- Patient care and dialysis procedures
- Prepare patients for dialysis and monitor them before, during, and after the procedure
- Ensure correct vascular access care for both seropositive and seronegative patients
- Administer dialysate solutions correctly, ensuring proper composition and ingredient mix
- Assist in bedside management and address any complications during dialysis under supervision
