Job description:
- MBBS degree from a recognized institution
- MD / DNB in Dermatology, Venereology Leprosy (DVL) preferred
- Registered with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or relevant state medical council
- Proven experience in clinical dermatology and dermatological procedures is a plus
- Strong clinical knowledge of dermatology and related specialties
- Proficient in dermatological procedures and modern treatment techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to patient care and ethical medical practice
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat various skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, acne, infections, and skin cancers
- Perform dermatological procedures including biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, laser treatments, and cosmetic procedures
- Prescribe medications and treatment plans tailored to patient needs
- Educate patients on skincare, prevention, and lifestyle modifications
- Collaborate with other medical professionals for comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Participate in continuing medical education (CME) and training programs
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
