Understand that content is a significant part of the customer experience, and work closely with design to ensure the text and visuals achieve a perfect harmony.

Work closely with UX Designers, Visual Designers, and other stakeholders to understand the requirements for projects and produce clear, concise, helpful user experiences.

Create engaging customer journeys through copy for multiple features and categories to help users to solve their problems and use our product well.

Manage UX copy across product lines.

Analyse industry best practices to generate new content ideas and copy.

Create Templates & Content style guide.
Skills / Experience:
-
3+ years as a UX Writer or a related role, in a B2C startup.

Ability to write a clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice.

Strong research, writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Problem solving mindset & Attention to detail.

Demonstrated experience in shaping content for multi-disciplinary projects, experience in working with product managers, design, and development teams.

Excellent written and verbal skills to communicate with stakeholders and senior leadership.

A portfolio of relevant work samples showcasing writing skills; content strategy; examples of instructional or learning content; transactional emails; in-product content; and copywriting work focused on user-centric principles.
