Job description:

As a Radiologist Consultant, you will play a vital role in interpreting medical images to help diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries. Your expertise in medical imaging techniques and knowledge of radiology procedures will ensure that our patients receive the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret medical images including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds to diagnose illnesses and injuries.

  • Consult with referring physicians to review patient history and determine the most appropriate imaging techniques.

  • Prepare accurate and detailed radiology reports and effectively communicate findings to healthcare professionals.

  • Supervise and guide radiologic technologists and support staff during imaging procedures.

  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in radiology technology and diagnostic techniques.

  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to discuss complex cases and treatment strategies.

  • Ensure strict adherence to patient safety standards and radiation protection protocols.

  • Collaborate with doctors and healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care.

  • Provide expert guidance to medical staff in understanding and interpreting imaging results.

  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and help enhance radiology department performance.
