Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other applicable corporate laws
- Prepare, review, and file statutory returns, forms, and disclosures with MCA, ROC, and other authorities
- Maintain statutory registers, records, and compliance calendars
- Assist in conducting Board, Committee, and General Meetings, including drafting agendas, notices, and minutes
- Support corporate governance frameworks and policy implementation
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies
- Monitor changes in corporate laws and ensure timely implementation
- Assist in handling inspections, audits, and compliance-related queries
- Provide secretarial and legal support for corporate transactions, if required
