Job description:

  • Manage and monitor ICU patients with complex and life-threatening conditions.

  • Handle ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and advanced life support.

  • Perform critical procedures including intubation, central line insertion, arterial line placement, and bedside interventions.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including anesthesiologists, physicians, surgeons, and nursing staff.

  • Lead rapid response and code blue situations.

  • Develop individualized treatment plans and ensure adherence to ICU protocols
