- Experience in selling services, products in the healthcare domain is preferred and Willingness to Travel,
- Relentless in acquiring new business and corporate relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of local market and language ( Malayalam).
Key Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails and cold calling.
- Understand customer needs and requirements and position Karkinos as a preferred partner for Health Checks.
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
- Engage with HR Managers/ CHRO's to position Karkinos B2B offerings.
- Explore Partnership opportunities for B2C.
