You will ensure alignment of the learning team's vision, strategy, and status with the executive leadership team's priorities and vision.

  • Experience in selling services, products in the healthcare domain is preferred and Willingness to Travel,
  • Relentless in acquiring new business and corporate relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of local market and language ( Malayalam).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales opportunities through lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails and cold calling.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements and position Karkinos as a preferred partner for Health Checks.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly targets.
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
  • Engage with HR Managers/ CHRO's to position Karkinos B2B offerings.
  • Explore Partnership opportunities for B2C.
