- Analyzing and understanding the Job Description and sourcing the profile accordingly
- Sourcing the right candidate as per the JD shared through various job portals .
- Coordinating with Business Head for Candidates Line Up and Feedbacks
- Short listing potential candidates on the basis of experience and skill set combination and credentials.
- Job posting in portals, calling candidates, briefing them about the requirement.
- Involved in conducting direct and telephonic interviews.
- Must have exposure in Lateral Hiring ( Managers and above)
- Must have exposure of Hiring from Linked and should be expert in Head Hunting
- Doing follow-ups with the candidates till the candidate joined
