Job description:
All new joiners to be given Orientation as per the AAPIE syllabus provided by
corporate.
Identify training needs through Personal observation, Performance Appraisal,
Feedback form, TNI and information from HODs.
Create monthly training calendars for the unit
Identifying the target group for upcoming training programmes
Send ION to Department HODs requesting for participation list.
Identify resource persons for the in-house programme in consultation with the HOD.
Prepare training aids, materials, arrange for refreshments and ensure hall
availability.
Review and correct the Induction and Training material as and when required.
To collect feedback from the participants at the end of every HR training
programme, and evaluate the effectiveness of training.
Send the consolidated Feedback report to the concerned trainer.
Prepare feedback analysis for every HR Programme, and plan/suggest
improvements, in identified areas, in organizing and conducting of in-house
programmes
Incorporate the NABH standards in all the training activities.
Coordinate for the implementation of training programs initiated by the corporate
HR.
Attend monthly regional training meeting and present the training data to Corporate
HR.

To participate and contribute to departmental quality initiatives
To be aware of departments performance and objective.
To carryout data collection/support in data collection.
To adhere the safety norms of hospital and follow both patient safety and staff
safety rules
To ensure all the employees are trained/oriented about the quality systems of the
department.
