Job description:
Develops and executes comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the American Hospital Dubai’s objectives to increase patient acquisition and retention. Creates awareness for American Hospital Dubai's Satellite Clinics through strategic marketing campaigns across digital platforms, traditional media, and community events. Tracks and evaluates marketing performance using various metrics, leads external agencies for events and press relationships, and generates compelling content for online and offline channels. Collaborates with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging, and the individual analyzes market trends, conducts competitor research, and identifies growth opportunities. Plans and organizes community-engaging events, workshops, and health fairs are also part of their responsibilities. Monitors and responds to online and traditional media to maintain and enhance a positive image for American Hospital Dubai's Satellite Clinics, overseeing the production of all marketing materials.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably within a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards related to marketing activities.
- Skills in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content creation.
- Skills in interpersonal and project management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to speak in English fluently, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
